- - Gels or sports drink if you’ve been training with them 訓練員用Gels及運動飲品
- - Towel 毛巾
- - Extra change of clothes to wear afterwards 替換衣物

Starting and finishing at Kai Tak Runway Park, the event is open to participants of all fitness levels:
