香港區視頻選拔賽 Hong Kong Prescreening Selection:
參賽者須提交一段參賽錄像作為初賽視審用途，以獲得進入日本總決賽資格。影片須為參賽者演奏的清晰錄像及需同一機位未經剪輯。錄像中的曲目須與比賽曲目相同。參賽者須把錄像上傳到網位www.youtube.com 或 www.youku.com 及連同短片網址連結，於http://www.gnet.com.hk/beethovenhk 報名。
注意：
1.視頻須以介紹參賽者姓名及參賽曲目為開始，以便評審核對身份。
2.連結必須為公開性質，無須持有或登入相關賬號才可查閱，如因此未能進行評審，大會概不負責及不會退回報名費用。
Applicants are required to submit a video recording for prescreening purposes in order to receive an invitation of final competition in Japan. The recording must include same repertoire as will perform in competition. Prescreening recording must be uploaded via www.youtube.com or www.youku.com , with the link of video(s) to http://www.gnet.com.hk/beethovenhk and enroll online. It is not required that the format be a professional or studio recording. But the sound quality must be as good as possible. All recordings must be unedited.
Remarks:
1.The video must begin with a description of the participant's name and program in order to verify the identity of the participant
2.Links must be public in public nature, without having to log in to the relevant account before access, if unable to review, the organizer will not be responsible for and will not refund the registration fee.
