At 新競技田徑 Newave Athletics, our team of professional coaches tailors training to each individual’s needs, using a systematic yet enjoyable approach to help young people develop good exercise habits and a solid foundation of physical fitness!
【兒童班】
- 時間：2026年9-10月
- 對象：K2至小一學生（需年滿4歲）
- 地點：大埔、北區、屯門、天水圍
- 費用：$1120/7堂；$1280/8堂；$1440/9堂（新生需另繳$100購買訓練制服）

課程內容包括：
- 熱身動作（靜態、動態、伸展）
- 跑姿改善
- 運動相關體適能訓練（速度、爆發力等）
- 功能性訓練
- 比賽前準備
本會教練會定期為學員進行測試評估，緊貼學員進度並作出適當調整，並會和學員商討訓練計劃及目標。表現優異者經教練推薦可代表本會參加本地青少年公開比賽，於比賽中獲得佳績更可進升本會精英訓練。
【Kids Programme】
- Time: September to October 2026
- Target Group: K2 to P1 students aged 4 years and above.
- Location: Tai Po, North District, Tuen Mun, Tin Shui Wai
- Fee: $1120(7 Classes); $1280(8 Classes); $1440 (9 Classes)
- A training T-shirt fee of $100 is required for new students.

Classes Include:
- Warm-up movements (static, dynamic, stretching)
- Running posture improvement
- Sports-related fitness training (speed, explosive power, etc.)
- Children's competitive event training (running, jumping, throwing)
- Competition Preparation
This course is developed by our professional coaching team with reference to the IAAF training programme for children's overall development in athletics, aiming to promote athletics to local children and provide participants with the opportunity to receive diversified and professional training in athletics.
NEWAVE成立於2021年，旨在推廣香港田徑運動，普及並鼓勵本地兒童及青少年積極參與田徑，培育新一代青少年對運動的熱誠，並從中發掘優秀運動員。
