比賽地點: PopCorn 一期一樓大舞台(港鐵將軍澳站C出口)

亞軍：獎金獎品總價港幣$3,000
季軍：獎金獎品總價港幣$1,000
所有參賽隊伍均獲得BALL ROOM一百元優惠券乙張，每隊隊員獲得精美布袋一個及毛巾一條。
Championship – Prize with amount equivalent to HKD$5,000
1st Runner Up – Prize with amount equivalent to HKD$3,000
2nd Runner Up – Prize with amount equivalent to HKD$1,000
Each team will get ONE $100 Voucher from BALL ROOM, each applicant will get ONE tote bag and ONE towel.
• 以二打二形式進行比賽，每隊伍上限2-4人
• 第一回合勝出隊伍可晉級決賽賽事
• 比賽期間可換人，每場比賽最多換2人
• 有興趣參賽的組合請填以下申請表格，名額有限，額滿即止
Game Format:
• Tournament in doubles, one team can include 2- 4 people in maximum.
• Winning teams can qualify for final competitions.
• During a match, each team can exchange 2 players in maximum.
• Interested parties please complete Google Application Form below, places are limited with first come first served basis.

2. 申請者將收到確認電話通知，並需在3天內經銀行自動轉賬參加費用^
3. 請將入數紙拍下並傳送至Whatsapp 5405 4579, 請註明參加者隊伍及隊長姓名
4. 一經成功報名，參加者將再次收到確認電話通知
Application:
1. Complete the Google application form below.
2. Please settle the payment of application fee via Bank Autopay within 3 days once you receive the confirmation call from BALL ROOM^.
3. Scan and send the payment receipt to Whatsapp 5405 4579, please mark down the team name and team leader.
4. Applicants will receive a confirmation call of successful application.
Remark:
^ 如確認電話通知後3天內尚未付款，即當自動棄權論，參賽資格會由其他報名者頂替。
^ If payment can not be settled within 3 day after the confirmation call, application will be cancelled.

1. 所有參賽者年齡必須為12歲或以上。
2. 每名參加者只可報名一次。
3. 節目內容如有任何更改會盡快通知所有成功報名的團隊。
4. 比賽日程一經確認，參加團隊不可提出任何更改。
5. 如有任何爭議，Room Concept Ltd. 將保留最終決定權。
Terms & Conditions
1. All entrants must be aged 12 or above.
2. Each participant can register once only.
3. This program is subject to change and will notify all successful enrolled teams as soon as possible.
4. Once the contest schedule is confirmed, no changes are allowed.
5. In case of any dispute, Room Concept Ltd. will retain the right of final decision.
